Got any thoughts about Kari Lake announcing - 2 days before the election - that an abusive letter containing a white powdery substance had been mailed to her campaign office?
And that it and a second worrisome envelope were being sent to the FBI's Quantico lab for chemical analysis?
Except...
*No envelopes were sent to the FBI.
*Lake later clarified to reporters, "Apparently there’s a closer lab and that’s where they actually sent the substance, so we’re going to find out what it was.”
*Except they handed over different envelopes. The scary "envelope containing white powder," well, it's missing now. We're never going to find out what "it" "was."
*Turns out that the threatening envelope was "thrown away" by "a campaign volunteer" before the cops came.
