Impossible: I've been told Biden is a foreign policy expert

Extra - From Politico: "Putin was playing Biden all along - The U.S. president and his aides thought they could manage Putin. Their calculations were dead wrong."

we were told by one ex Sec Def that Biden has been wrong about every foreign policy issue for 40 yrs. Yet the Dems persisted.
