A bit of background: some moderate Democrats in the House cut a deal with Nancy Pelosi. She agreed to bring the infrastructure bill, that passed the Senate, up for a vote on September 27th. She did this to buy some time to get the $3.5 trillion spending bill completed and pass the bills together. Well, that ain't gonna happen.
If Pelosi calls for a vote on September 27th, progressive Democrats may balk and Nancy will need to depend on Republican votes to pass the infrastructure bill. But if she tries to delay, Sinema will scotch the $3.5 trillion bill (which is probably dead anyway based on Joe Manchin's comments.)
My feeling is that Democrats will take half-a-loaf and pass infrastructure then the multi-trillion wish list will die in the Senate.
