More Kamala leaks?

Red State: "Dems Leak More Fears About Kamala for the Future."

What's going on here?  Is this just disgruntled staffers or something more?  Some have suggested that the answer to cui bono is Jill Biden who (allegedly) has a frosty relationship with Kamala.
