Let's hear it for the 14th amendment, too

Federalist: "Federal Court Strikes Down Race-Based Restaurant Bailouts In Biden’s COVID-19 Spending Bill."

This rule is so obviously a violation of the equal protection clause that I can't believe the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals split 2-1 on the decision.  But then I never thought a Supreme Court justice could come to the conclusion a baker could be forced to decorate a cake.
