Selective labeling

Here's how the Washington Post tagged an opinion piece by Barack Obama:

The writer is president of the United States.
And here's how they tagged Sarah Palin's opinion piece today:

The writer, a Republican, is governor of Alaska.
Apparently one writer is motivated by politics. The other is awesome.

Don't worry, man of us are here all the time. We are just laying low because it is summer time.

And I cannot believe that guy looked up all those articles.

Ti-i-i-ime is on my side. said...

Brian, here's the secret.

1. Go to Google.

2. Type "The writer, a Democrat, is governor" + "washingtonpost."

3. Results sometimes appear in under one hour!
