How is this possible? My daughter in college accidentally screws up her taxes and fails to pay about 100 dollars. They send her a letter a few months later and charge her interest and a fine for a total of 180$ in addition to the 100$'s.. Yet these upstanding Democrats just don't pay 100K for years? Who is not doing their job here?
