I took patent law in law school (I got a B+ too despite ZERO technical background) and I know you have a patent in something. Why isn't "making phone calls over the internet" a patent void for obviousness? Is is the specific technology used? What do you think?
ReplyDeleteWell, it seems silly trying to patent ANY kind of information sent over the internet (music, movies, voices) but I thought maybe Vonage found a niche for a special USB-based linkup. Who knows? Sometimes I think it all depends on how tenacious your patent lawyer is.
