I'm so old that I remember when Ed Koch used to rule NYC.  What a sad state of affairs.

    I remember when Dinkens was mayor, and people wondered how it could get worse. Ever since Bloomberg, it's been a race to the bottom, which seems to be a theme throughout all of NY.
