Is anybody going to defend this garbage indictment?

Reason: "The Shaky New York Case Against Trump Reeks of Desperation To Punish a Reviled Political Opponent" - "Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is relying on debatable facts and untested legal theories to transform minor misconduct into a felony."

I'm assuming the NY Times is on board but it's all behind a paywall.  They're putting together a pretzel logic editorial as we speak.
