The Hill: "Warren vows to 'attack corruption in Washington' in New Year's Eve address."
Warren has become the "Poochie" of American politics: screaming escalating platitudes about those darn billionaires, while everybody wishes she would just go away.
She has a plan for that (like everything else), right?
