Lesson: if you’re going to fly, don’t go off your meds.
In all seriousness, I heard an FAA official on the news comment that two billion people have traveled in planes since 9/11. Given the odds, it’s a wonder that incidents like this don’t happen more often.
Still horrible, though...

The situation was even more dangerous than first described. Unconfirmed reports indicate that the man may have had nail clippers.
