Amazing Race 7 discussion

Have I been too critical of the first episode of the new season? A lot of the hardcore fans on the Television without Pity forum see the silver lining where I only saw the cloud: no “model” couples, a picturesque countryside (mountains of Peru), racing without too much “bunching” and challenging tasks. OK, I can dig it. But then part of me is irredeemably annoyed by the presence of Survivor’s Rob and Amber, who by the way were on Survivor, didja know? I just wish some other “regular” couple had the opportunity for a million dollars that they had…twice (now thrice).
